Act as the primary liaison between guests and staff to ensure a high-quality salon and spa experience. Manage the full guest lifecycle including scheduling appointments, check-in, and the checkout process.
Candidates must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. Proficiency in basic computer and math skills is required along with a passion for outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
Available to work any shifts with no restrictions, specifically Saturdays and Sundays
