The Site Leader is responsible for overseeing all facility operations, including deliveries, inventory, and systems, while leading a team of Shift Leaders and Associates. They are accountable for driving financial performance and improving key performance indicators such as order picking and dwell time.
Candidates need 6+ years of experience in fast-paced environments like retail, grocery, or military, with a proven track record of leading workforces. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with the ability to work fluid schedules including peak hours from 5pm to 3am.
