The Customer Advocate is responsible for accurately entering customer orders and quotes while responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text. The role focuses on solving customer issues completely and representing the voice of the customer to ensure high-quality service.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in customer service and data entry. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office tools, along with strong attention to detail, is required.

The goal of the customer service Customer Advocate role is to deliver fast, friendly, easy, and right service every time.
This role is not for everyone.

This is a full time, in-person position in Owatonna, MN.
This is a hands-on role. The best Customer Advocates don’t just react; they anticipate needs and prevent problems before they happen.
