The Vessel Cook is responsible for planning, preparing, and serving daily meals for the crew while maintaining a sanitary galley. They must manage food inventory and coordinate meal timing around vessel operations and port calls.
Prior experience as a ship's or galley cook is preferred, along with knowledge of maritime food safety standards. Candidates should be comfortable with extended time at sea and preferably possess a valid TWIC card.
