The Marketing Coordinator develops and executes marketing initiatives and creates winning proposal responses to support new business opportunities. They are also responsible for designing branded communications, maintaining marketing assets, and supporting company events.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 2-5 years of experience in the AEC industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong project management skills are required.

The Marketing Coordinator works closely with leadership and operational teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, create winning proposal responses, and produce branded communications that showcase Goodmans' expertise. This role plays a key part in strengthening our market presence and supporting the pursuit of new business opportunities.
