The Performance Coach is responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and engaging fitness classes across various programs like REGYMEN and HYROX. They also handle class preparation, equipment setup, and administrative tasks to ensure member retention and satisfaction.
Candidates must possess a relevant fitness certification and a current canfitpro certification or equivalent. Previous experience working within the health and fitness industry is required.
