ABOUT THE ROLE
LoadUp is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team and the cultural anchor of our headquarters.
You aren’t just managing calendars—you are protecting our executives' time, optimizing our daily operations, and ensuring our office environment remains high-energy and impeccably organized. If you are a proactive master of logistics who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in flawless execution, we want you at the center of our team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Executive Gatekeeping: Manage complex calendars, coordinate seamless travel itineraries, and prioritize incoming communications to maximize executive efficiency.
Meeting & Action Management: Attend key leadership meetings to record minutes, track deliverables, and ensure action items are executed across departments.
HQ Operations & First Impressions: Oversee daily office operations, act as the primary point of contact for facilities/vendors, and manage incoming mail, packages, and inventory.
Culture & People Support: Partner with our People Team to facilitate new hire onboarding setup, coordinate internal events, and manage office-related budgets and expenses.
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven Track Record: 4+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership, ideally within a fast-growing company.
Tech Literacy: Deep proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack, with an ability to master new productivity tools quickly.
Anticipatory Execution: A proactive mindset—you anticipate an executive’s needs before they voice them and handle shifting priorities with poise.
Superior Communication: Elite written and verbal skills, with the discretion required to handle high-stakes corporate communication.
WHO YOU ARE
A Master Coordinator who can manage multiple high-priority tasks without letting anything fall through the cracks.
A Proactive Problem-Solver who anticipates an executive's needs before they even voice them.
An Organizational Expert who finds deep satisfaction in a perfectly managed filing system or a flawlessly executed travel itinerary.
A "Live in Truth" Teammate who communicates with radical candor and acts with total integrity.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Competitive Compensation – A salary that reflects the critical nature of your support.
401(k) with 5% Company Match – We invest in your future as much as you invest in ours.
Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, plus FSA/HSA options.
Perks & Lifestyle: Generous Paid Time Off, monthly lifestyle stipends, and a front-row seat to how a hyper-growth company operates.
LoadUp is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace. We encourage all qualified individuals to apply.
