Coordinate and monitor projects from offer creation to completion, including communication with specialist companies and end customers. Handle administrative tasks such as document review and process optimization to ensure smooth project execution.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a degree program with strong German language skills and initial experience in a similar administrative or assistant role. Proficiency in Office/Google tools and a structured way of working are required.

Du bearbeitest als Teil des Teams “Asset Operations & End Customer Care” das Tagesgeschäft und hast Aufgaben wie die Angebots- und Vertragserstellung und die Rücksprache mit Fachbetrieben und Endkunden. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte reibungslos abgeschlossen werden und scheust dich nicht, bestehende Prozesse zu hinterfragen und Verbesserungsvorschläge einzubringen.
