The Director of Array Optimization provides strategic leadership for the Array Optimization Team, overseeing operational performance, growth, and array-level maintenance. This role is responsible for managing field crews, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving financial performance across the company portfolio.
Candidates must have 10+ years of progressive utility-scale solar leadership experience and 5+ years managing multi-state field operations. Extensive knowledge of PV systems, NEC requirements, and solar O&M practices is required, along with the ability to travel up to 30%.

The Director of Array Optimization (AOT) is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and growth of ACT Power Services’ Array Optimization Team. This position oversees array-level corrective maintenance, performance restoration activities, and special projects across the company portfolio while maintaining responsibility for customer satisfaction, workforce development, and financial performance.
