The Medical Assistant is responsible for registering patients, recording medical histories, and performing preliminary clinical assessments and point-of-care testing. They also support providers during procedures and maintain a safe, organized clinical environment in an urgent care setting.
A high school diploma and BLS certification are required, with a preference for graduates of Medical Assisting programs. Candidates must either hold a recognized MA certification or possess equivalent experience as an LPN, RN, EMT, Paramedic, or CNA.

This position offers monthly incentive pay based on performance metrics.

We welcome candidates from a variety of clinical backgrounds. Healthcare professionals such as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Paramedics, and PCTs or CNA with healthcare background are encouraged to apply. Your clinical training and patient care experience can translate well into our Medical Assistant role in our urgent care centers.
The Medical Assistant completes all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner while supporting our mission to become the urgent care partner of choice by redefining value and access to quality care through an effortless patient experience and a strong culture of care. Candidates with less than one year of Medical Assistant experience must hold one of the following certifications:
Candidates without an MA certification must obtain one within 15 months of hire
