The role involves coordinating administrative duties, managing project deliverables, and handling permits and approvals with jurisdictions. Additionally, the specialist processes payments, maintains legal documentation, and provides customer support to ensure operational efficiency.
Candidates need at least one year of experience in administrative coordination or customer service, preferably within the construction or solar industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are required, with experience in CRM tools or QuickBooks being a plus.
ATX Solar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys dynamic tasks, and wants to play a key part in driving customer success and team efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative duties including phones, scheduling, and document management
- Support project management with coordinating with contractors, and ensuring deliverables are met
- Submit applications and obtain approvals in new jurisdictions (AHJs, utilities, HOAs)
- Process payments, send invoices, and follow up on approvals and finance stipulations
- Collect and maintain W-9s, insurance certificates, and legal documentation from sales and installation partners
- Provide customer support and assist with issue resolution
- Support leadership with operational tasks
Qualifications:
- 1+ year administrative/project coordination or customer service experience (construction/solar/renewables a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ (experience with Monday.com, QuickBooks, or CRM tools a plus)
- Customer-service mindset with problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment (flexible, adaptable, solutions-oriented)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18–$24/hr D.O.E
