We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Senior Executive Assistant and help keep our day-to-day operations running seamlessly.
In this role, you'll report to the Senior Executive Assistant and work closely with the leadership team to provide administrative, operational, and people support across the organization. You'll coordinate priorities, manage logistics, and keep projects moving forward, helping the team stay organized and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) Administratif(ive) hautement organisé(e), proactif(ive) et soucieux(se) du détail pour soutenir notre Adjointe de direction principale et contribuer au bon déroulement de nos activités quotidiennes.
Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'Adjointe de direction principale afin d’assurer un soutien administratif et opérationnel tout en contribuant aux activités liées aux ressources humaines de l'organisation. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination des priorités, la coordination des activités logistiques et le suivi des projets afin de favoriser l'efficacité des opérations et le bon fonctionnement de l’équipe.
