Coordinate daily site labour, material ordering, and snagging crews to ensure high-quality residential delivery. Liaise with design teams, site managers, and purchasers while maintaining compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
Requires a degree or higher diploma in Construction Management or an equivalent trade qualification. Candidates must have significant experience in residential construction with a strong knowledge of carpentry and current building regulations.
