The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the service team, scheduling repairs, and overseeing property upkeep to ensure high standards of resident satisfaction. They also manage capital projects, budget forecasting, and ensure compliance with safety and Fair Housing guidelines.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of property management maintenance experience. Proficiency in various trades such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
