Oversee and guide the sales team to achieve targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage daily showroom operations, track sales quotas, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Candidates must be proficient in CRM and DMS software and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
