The Growth Product Manager will optimize onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle journeys to improve user retention and habit formation across consumer sleep apps. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement high-impact, low-effort product improvements using data-driven insights and AI tools.
Candidates must have proven experience in product growth, lifecycle CRM, and retention optimization for consumer applications. Strong analytical skills, a pragmatic execution-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders are essential.

Across our consumer sleep apps, including DeinSchlaf in Germany and SleepScore globally, we are focused on creating engaging product experiences that help users get value quickly and stay motivated over time.
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to improve onboarding, app engagement, and lifecycle journeys across our consumer sleep apps. This role will focus on helping more users complete key milestones, especially 36 nights of sleep tracking, by improving onboarding flows, in-app guidance, and CRM nudges across push notifications and email. The role will also partner with our German marketing teams to support growth initiatives that drive app downloads and improve conversion from acquisition into sustained engagement.
This is an ideal opportunity for a practical, hands-on product leader who has experience in consumer app growth, onboarding optimization, lifecycle/CRM, and retention. The ideal candidate is highly effective at identifying low-effort, high-impact improvements and can use the latest AI tools to accelerate UX recommendations, copy creation, prototyping, and product requirements while minimizing development effort and unnecessary experimentation.
