The Legal Counsel will ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal processes to minimize risks in commercial relations. This includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and collaborating with teams to support product development and customer relations.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience at a brokerage or investment firm with deep knowledge of SPK regulations. Proficiency in corporate, commercial, and capital markets law, along with advanced English skills, is required.
