Lead clients through the entire software onboarding lifecycle, from project planning and technical configuration to training and go-live. Act as the primary point of contact to ensure a seamless transition and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the implementation process.
Requires at least 3 years of experience in complex software implementation or project management, preferably within the hospitality industry. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and proficiency with project management software are required.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Manager to lead our clients through a successful onboarding journey. This is a critical client-facing role responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from project planning and execution to client training and go-live. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of software implementation best practices, excellent project management skills, and a passion for helping others succeed with technology.
