The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production line equipment. They must ensure optimal plant efficiency by executing repairs and adjusting process parameters such as robotics and welding settings.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role is required, along with technical knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and mechanical systems.
Responsible for troubleshooting problems on production lines and taking corrective action in a timely manner. Using their combination of skills and education, technicians perform regular PM´s and work closely together with their Supervisor and all other departments to help the plant to operate as efficiently as possible.
Any other duties deemed necessary or appropriate.
