The Team Coordinator is responsible for developing care team schedules and managing office inventory and medical supplies. They also supervise staff productivity to ensure the smooth operation of the agency for patient care.
Candidates should ideally have an associate degree and at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting. Reliable transportation and the physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs are required.

As a team coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and facilitating the coordination of care team schedules, managing and maintaining office inventory and medical supplies, and supervising staff productivity. Most importantly, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the agency so patients can receive the care they need.
