Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models for critical facilities while producing accurate 2D drawings and documentation. Coordinate across disciplines to perform clash detection and ensure alignment with technical standards and project timelines.
Requires a diploma or degree in Architecture or Engineering with at least 5 years of BIM modeling experience, specifically in Revit. Preference is given to candidates with experience in data centers or critical facilities and familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.
We are seeking a BIM Modeler to join our team in Bangkok, supporting the delivery of complex and high-performance critical facilities projects (e.g., data centres, mission-critical environments).
You will work closely with multidisciplinary design teams to develop, manage, and coordinate accurate BIM models, ensuring alignment with project requirements, technical standards, and delivery timelines. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively across regional teams.
