The role involves owning the performance testing strategy for distributed systems and designing scalable test frameworks. You will also embed testing into CI/CD pipelines and utilize the Grafana stack for observability and bottleneck analysis.
Candidates must be hands-on Performance Architects with strong experience in cloud-native environments like Kubernetes and Docker. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java and experience with OpenTelemetry are required.
