The Senior Director of Finance leads the company's finance operations, accounting oversight, and financial reporting while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance. This role partners with the leadership team to manage cash, procurement, and budget administration to support organizational objectives.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 7-10 years of experience in finance operations and accounting oversight. Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, and experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry is preferred.
Job Summary
Reporting to the COO, the Senior Director, Finance serves as the senior leader responsible for the Company's finance operations, accounting oversight, financial reporting, compliance, procurement processes, cash management, and financial systems. This role partners closely with the COO and Leadership Team to provide reliable financial information, scalable processes, and strong financial controls in support of organizational objectives. This role does not have primary responsibility for investor relations, fundraising, capital markets transactions, or advanced FP&A modeling but will work closely with Business Development to support these activities.
