The Construction Turnover Coordinator manages document control processes and ensures compliance with site-specific turnover requirements. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate system walkdowns, maintain accurate filing systems, and provide training on turnover procedures.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in power plant or industrial construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are required to manage complex documentation and project workflows.

Construction Turnover Coordinators are part of a multidiscipline construction team who are responsible for effectively managing & maintaining document control processes & workflows, and ensuring compliance with site-specific requirements and that the turnover system is conducted in a diligent & organized manner. This role will be based in either Milam County or Reeves County, TX, depending on which project you are assigned to, and will require you to relocate to the area of your assigned project. You may also be required to relocate to the area of any future projects that you may be assigned to.
