The intern will support the Lean team by participating in continuous improvement initiatives, including time studies, Kaizen events, and Gemba walks. They will also assist in tracking KPIs and documenting standard work to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering with at least one year remaining until graduation. Proficiency in English and basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts are required.
As a Lean Manufacturing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operation through the following activities:
