Responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and installation of GE Healthcare medical imaging equipment, specifically MRI systems. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through strong technical support and efficient administrative follow-up.
Requires a degree in electronics, industrial maintenance, or instrumentation, along with conversational English and a valid driver's license. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
Principales responsabilités :
Technique : Entretenir tous les types d’équipement de la gamme Imagerie dans la zone attribuée (Sud 93, 75 ou 78 en priorité ainsi que toute l'Ile de France)
Modalité : IRM.
Électronique/mécanique: diagnostiquer les pannes de l’ensemble du système en cas de problèmes complexes et être en mesure d’effectuer les taches préventives.
Satisfaction client : assurer la relation permanente avec les médecins et techniciens sur les problèmes des équipements. Agir de manière à garantir la satisfaction des clients.
Remonter les informations en identifiant les opportunités terrain et en les communiquant à l’équipe ventes.
Développement de l’activité : participer à la croissance et à l’orientation de l’activité dans son secteur géographique
Productivité : assumer le contrôle des coûts de garantie et des contrats.
Administratif : effectuer au fil de l'eau l’ensemble des tâches administratives.
Installation : mener les installations des salles complexes et multifonctionnelles.

Conserver des systèmes et programmes qualité efficaces conformes à la norme ISO 9001, en suivant la Politique Qualité GE en matière de Service.
Le métier de technicien service clients a beaucoup évolué au cours de ces dernières années et ne se cantonne plus au simple 'dépannage' des équipements. Nous recherchons une personne capable de mettre en œuvre d'excellentes qualités relationnelles et humaines pour créer et développer un lien fort avec ses clients. Ce sera, en plus de l'expertise technique, la clé principale de la réussite dans ce poste.
La partie administrative de la fonction représente un pan important de l'activité et ne saurait être négligée. Nous recherchons donc une personne avec un grand sens de l'organisation, capable d'allier la technique sur le terrain et une grande rigueur dans le suivi de son travail administratif.
Nous recherchons idéalement un candidat habitant dans la région Parisienne avec une expérience significative dans un ou plusieurs des domaines cités en objet de cette offre.

Licence ou diplôme équivalent en électronique, maintenance industrielle ou en instrumentation ou connaissance / expérience équivalente
