The Staff Software Engineer will lead test automation strategies and provide technical guidance to scrum teams to ensure high-quality software deliverables. They are responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize testing effectiveness.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and possess at least 9 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 7 years specifically in test automation. Strong technical proficiency in Core Java, Selenium, and BDD/TDD frameworks is required, along with experience in Agile environments.
