The adjunct faculty member will facilitate online classroom discussions, assess student performance, and provide instruction using innovative teaching methodologies. They are responsible for maintaining regular communication with students and adhering to grading deadlines while supporting the university's mission.
Candidates must hold at least a Master's degree in Education or a related field, along with a valid state teacher certification. A minimum of 5 years of K-12 teaching experience is required for this role.

As an adjunct faculty member, you’ll provide program instruction in an online format, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, cutting-edge technologies and other industry trends reflecting advancements in your discipline. Course: Introduction to Teaching Strategies and Professionalism Expectations
Candidates will identify effective classroom management techniques that foster a sense of community and promote student growth. Candidates will reflect on the importance of building a strong connection between home and school. All candidates will examine research-based strategies that engage learners in collaborative and self-directed learning. Throughout this course candidates will evaluate the logical progression of effective lessons, leveraging critical thinking skills and preferred learning styles. Candidates will engage in reflective practices, including a variety of self-assessments, to reflect on their practices and plan for necessary adjustments.
Responsibilities include equipping students with the required skill set, facilitating classroom discussions, assessing student performance, and preparing students to be successful leaders in their chosen profession. Other main responsibilities include the following:
