Requires an Associate degree or technical certificate and preferably 3 years of experience in a technical support call center. Must hold an active certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or MCSA.
Associates Degree, Technical Certificate, or Equivalent Technical Experience
3 years’ experience in a Technical Support Call Center setting preferred. Hospital experience is preferred.
