What You'll Do
As the Clinic Office Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of multiple physician practices while ensuring exceptional patient experiences and efficient clinic performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
๐ฅ Supervising and supporting front office, clinical support, and administrative staff across Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Pulmonary clinics

Managing clinic workflows, provider schedules, staffing, and daily operations to maximize efficiency and patient access
๐ Monitoring key performance indicators, productivity, patient satisfaction, and operational goals
๐ค Partnering with physicians and advanced practice providers to improve workflow, communication, and patient outcomes
๐ผ Assisting with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
๐ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, HIPAA standards, clinic policies, and quality initiatives
๐ฐ Supporting budget management, supply ordering, inventory control, and resource utilization
๐ฅ๏ธ Utilizing the electronic medical record (EMR) and practice management systems to support efficient operations
๐ Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
โ Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred
โ Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a medical office, physician practice, or ambulatory healthcare setting required
โ Strong knowledge of medical office operations, scheduling, insurance verification, patient registration, and healthcare workflows
โ Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications
โ Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
โ Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering a positive, patient-centered environment
โ Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service
