The Patient Care Coordinator acts as a liaison between patients and surgeons, managing leads and educating patients on cosmetic procedures. They are responsible for preparing service quotes and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in an ASC or office-based surgery center and extensive sales or customer service experience. Strong knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator with strong sales experience to join our growing practice. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality of care provided to our patients. They act as the liaison between the patient and the surgeon. This position understands all the procedures offered within the practice and can confidently educate patients. In this position, creating a comfortable customer experience is key.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
