The Sales Director will drive revenue growth and expand market presence for personal care actives and specialty ingredients within the United States. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams on sales and marketing strategies.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in personal care actives or specialty ingredients and a strong network of industry contacts. A bachelor's degree in science, chemistry, business, or a related field is required.
