Lead the electronics design for next-generation smart protection wearables, overseeing the full product development life cycle from requirements to final prototype. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure functional requirements and industrial design intent are met while mentoring junior engineers.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with at least 15 years of related work experience. Must possess expertise in high-speed digital signals, PCB design, and the ability to work with SolidWorks 3D CAD.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Electronics Engineer IV will lead electronics design within a team of talented multi-discipline engineers. The Engineer IV will be a critical part of the team to design and build the next generation of smart protection products for extremely rugged markets. The Engineer IV will have the opportunity to work on creating leading edge new capabilities by converging a number of innovative new technologies in small form factor wearables. The Engineer IV will be a part of a fast-paced team working with a number of a strategic partners to bring the next generation of smart equipment to market.
The Engineer IV will work closely with the Electronics Team, Mechanical Engineers, Embedded & Software Engineers and System Architect, to ensure the product achieves all functional requirements as well as the Industrial Design intent. The role requires the ability to conduct system design, produce electronic assemblies, create prototypes, conduct board design and layout, board test and assist in final prototype assembly.
