Élaborer et mettre à jour les emplois du temps en lien avec la Responsable Planning.
Construire et maintenir une matrice de planning simplifiée.
Préparer la base des promotions dont vous avez la charge.
Planifier les examens, rattrapages et sessions de révisions.
Gérer les absences des intervenants et repositionner les heures manquantes.
Contrôler les effectifs des classes en coordination avec l’Attaché·e de promotion.
Informer, accompagner et assurer un lien régulier avec les intervenants.
Faciliter la communication entre étudiants, intervenants et équipes pédagogiques.
Répondre aux mails, appels et assurer une permanence hebdomadaire dédiée aux étudiants.
