Un rôle clé au cœur de la vie de l’école : vous serez garant·e du bon déroulement des parcours étudiants, de la qualité des processus de scolarité et de la coordination entre étudiants, enseignants et équipes pédagogiques.
🚀 Vos missions
Pilotage de la scolarité & suivi des parcours étudiants
Piloter et harmoniser les processus de scolarité : inscriptions, rentrée des étudiants, examens, jurys, diplomation et suivi administratif.
Organiser les différentes étapes du parcours académique : examens, rattrapages, jurys de passage et de certification.
Garantir le suivi des notes, des bulletins et des dossiers étudiants.
Accompagner les équipes scolarité dans la mise en œuvre des procédures et l’utilisation des outils de gestion.
Coordination & communication
Assurer l’interface entre les étudiants, les enseignants et les équipes pédagogiques.
Veiller à une communication régulière et transparente sur les étapes clés de l’année académique et les règles de fonctionnement.
Coordonner les différentes commissions : jurys, conseils de discipline, césure, alternance, attribution des bourses, évaluations des enseignements.
Participer à l’organisation des événements majeurs de l’école : séminaires de rentrée, cérémonies de remise des diplômes et événements étudiants.
Expérience étudiante & projets transverses
Contribuer à l’animation du campus et au développement de la vie étudiante.
Piloter les actions liées aux politiques de prévention des violences sexistes et sexuelles (VSS) et à l’accompagnement des étudiants en situation de handicap.
Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus de scolarité, à la mise à jour des documents de référence (règlement intérieur, règlement pédagogique) et au déploiement des projets transverses.
