The E&I Technician supports the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems within a manufacturing plant. They perform preventive maintenance, assist with equipment calibration, and ensure all work is documented in the CMMS while adhering to safety protocols.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. An associate degree and an NFPA 70e certificate are preferred.

We are honored to be constructing our newest shingle manufacturing facility in Newton KS and hiring is underway as we build our initial plant leadership team. Due to our investment in training and the development of employees, you will have the opportunity to travel to our other locations, engage with peers, support the hiring of plant staff and participate in the design and construction of the facility. Job Summary
The E&I Technician I is an entry-to-intermediate level role focused on supporting the maintenance and foundational troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, this role ensures the safe operation of plant electrical infrastructure while assisting level II E&I Technicians with routine calibrations and repairs to ensure optimal plant performance.
