About the opportunity
Join Futurity as a Marketing Content Specialist and help bring our brand and strategy to life through clear, engaging and compliant content.
You will create high-quality content across digital, print and campaigns while translating complex product information into simple, compelling messaging.
You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable impact across both Financial Adviser and direct-to-customer segments.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned to marketing and organisational objectives.
- Create engaging content for website, social media, EDMs, sales materials, product brochures, case studies and testimonials.
- Translate complex products, research and business information into clear, accessible and audience-appropriate messaging.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop white-label newsletter content for financial advisers.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of content quality, consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely and coordinated delivery.
- Support key initiatives including product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership.
What you will bring to the position:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or Marketing,
- 8+ years’ experience in content writing, content marketing, editorial or communications roles.
- Demonstrated experience writing across multiple channels, including B2B content, web, EDMs, social media, brochures, case studies, sales presentations and internal communications.
- Strong experience within financial services, with a clear understanding of compliance, regulation and audience sensitivities.
Competencies:
- Strong writer and storyteller with the ability to translate and simplify complex information into clear engaging, compliant content.
- Proven experience in content development within a marketing or communications function.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, SEO principles, and content optimisation.
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering content that drives measurable outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organised with strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritise work appropriately to successfully manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
