Lead the annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive strategic decision-making. Partner with cross-functional leadership to build financial models, KPI frameworks, and support IPO readiness activities.
Requires 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting. Candidates should possess strong financial modeling skills and a high intellectual curiosity regarding AI and semiconductors.
Build Furiosa's financial planning and operating system as the company scales toward IPO and beyond. As a core member of FuriosaAI's Finance Team, you will own the processes, models, and frameworks that drive strategic decision-making across the organization — partnering directly with engineering, business, and executive leadership to translate business ambition into financial clarity.
This role offers the opportunity to help build one of the world's leading AI semiconductor companies as it scales toward IPO and beyond. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibility as the organization grows.
Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Develop operating and financial models supporting management decision-making
Build KPI frameworks, management dashboards, and Board reporting packages
Partner with engineering, product, commercial, and operations teams to support business planning
Analyze investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives
Support fundraising, investor diligence, and IPO readiness activities
5–10 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or business finance
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and investors
Experience building financial planning processes and operating models in a high-growth environment preferred
High intellectual curiosity regarding AI, semiconductors, and technology infrastructure is strongly preferred
