Build trusting relationships with residents to foster personal growth, independence, and emotional regulation. Plan and lead community-based activities and provide crisis intervention while maintaining detailed progress records.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a residential mental health setting and a valid driver's license.

Fulshear Treatment to Transition is a program just outside of Houston for young adult women ages 18-24 with mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and trauma. Our young women typically struggle within relationships as well. They start out on our Ranch, where they are able to do the deeper work in a structured, relational, and therapeutic environment. From there, they move over to the Transition part of the program, where they will live in apartments with other Fulshear clients. Our Transition clients continue to work with the same team as when they were at the Ranch as they participate in programming each morning, as well as tailoring their afternoons with productive time involving work, school, and/or volunteering. The goal is for the young adult women to become healthy, strong, and influential in their lives and with their families.
