Define and lead the technical vision for AI and Spec Driven Development projects while overseeing software architecture and delivery quality. The role involves mentoring stakeholders, developing PoCs, and representing the company in technical client relations.
The candidate must be able to lead technical strategy, manage agile project delivery, and implement best practices in code quality and security. Experience with Generative AI, MLOps, and low-code tools is highly desired.
Définir et porter la vision technique des projets IA et Spec Driven Development (SDD), en alignement avec la stratégie globale de D4B.
Piloter l’architecture technique des solutions logicielles et des outils d’IA, en collaboration avec les équipes produit et data.
Garantir la cohérence technique entre les différents projets (Speckit, outils internes, solutions clients).
Être capable de faire monter en compétences l'ensemble des parties prenantes liées au projet sur les nouvelles pratiques IA.
Être responsable de la qualité du delivery des projets, savoir anticiper les aléas, gérer les imprévus propre à la méthodologie agile.
Contribuer activement au développement des solutions (code, revues techniques, PoC).
Veiller à l’intégration des bonnes pratiques (qualité de code, tests, DevOps, sécurité).
Explorer et proposer des innovations technologiques (IA générative, MLOps, outils low-code, etc.).
Représenter D4B auprès des clients et partenaires techniques (présentations, ateliers, support).
Participer à la rédaction de propositions techniques et commerciales.
