The role involves visiting customer sites in Serbia to solve technical issues in surface treatment and performing root cause analysis to stabilize chemical processes. The engineer will also identify opportunities for new products and collaborate with the regional team in Central Eastern Europe.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, chemical technology, or a similar engineering field is required. Experience in technical support for surface treatment and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Perform root cause analysis and stabilize chemical processes
Support customers in improving their applications to increase quality and reduce costs
Identify opportunities for new products and technologies
Work hands‑on in production environments and provide practical support
Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and turn technical findings into actions
Collaboration with regional team colleagues in Central Eastern Europe
Translating and updating specification cards of products, articles, presentations and tracing any current changes
Perform work in compliance with the work health and safety rules and regulations and observe the respective orders and guidelines
Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, chemical technology, or a similar engineering field
Work experience in technical support or application engineering in surface treatment (electroplating, metal pre-treatment) is preferred
Skilled in chemical analysis and interpreting production data
Able to communicate well with technical and non‑technical audiences
Independent and solution‑oriented working style
Good English skills, excellent report-writing skills
Willing to travel within Poland; valid driver’s licence
