Manage and grow sales for the Western Division by servicing existing customers and prospecting for new business in the tropical produce sector. Coordinate with processing facilities and distribution centers to ensure efficient order fulfillment and resolve customer service issues.
Requires proven experience in fresh produce sales with deep knowledge of tropical commodities and West Coast market dynamics. Candidates must possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex supply chains in a fast-paced environment.

Purpose of Position:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the fresh produce sales industry, with a strong emphasis on tropical products. This individual will be responsible for providing consistent, day-to-day service to existing customers while driving incremental sales growth through effective ad planning, prospecting, and relationship building.
The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of West Coast market players and dynamics, along with deep knowledge of the tropical produce supply chain. This role requires the ability to drive revenue growth by expanding the current customer base while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
Additionally, the candidate will represent the company at various conferences, trade shows, and industry events, enhancing brand presence and developing new business opportunities.
The individual must be capable of responding promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries and issues while successfully managing daily responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
