Provide safe and effective hemodialysis therapy for assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsible for monitoring treatment parameters, administering medications, and documenting patient care in accordance with company and regulatory policies.
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing with current state licensure as an LPN or LVN. CPR certification is required, and experience in medical-surgical, ICU, or hemodialysis nursing is preferred.

Participates in the implementation and evaluation of patient care. Responsible for reporting and documenting all new or unusual incidents, information, complaints, or problems to the supervisor. Promotes and assists in the maintenance of a sage and clean work environment.
