The Clinical Education Manager is responsible for delivering standardized, competency-based training and development programs for dialysis staff within a specific geographical area. They collaborate with clinical leaders to implement training initiatives that promote patient safety and improve clinical outcomes.
Candidates must hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a current RN license and at least one year of dialysis experience. CPR BLS certification is required, while a BSN, MSN, CDN, or CNN certification is preferred.

Supports the training and education of employees based in company facilities and programs within an assigned geographical area. Delivers standardized, competency based, training and development programs including new employee orientation, preceptor training, facility specific in- services, and clinical, quality, and customer service training programs to promote quality patient care, and achieve Area, Regional and/or Enterprise wide initiatives & goals.
