Beispiele für Fachabteilungen und typische Tätigkeiten während der Ausbildung:
Werkstatt:
Herstellen von Einzel- oder Ersatzteilen durch Bohren, Fräsen oder Drehen an herkömmlichen oder auch an computergesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen
Montieren und Demontieren von kleinen Baugruppen bzw. Systemen
Aufbauen und Prüfen von (E-) Pneumatikschaltungen
Vorbeugende Instandhaltung an Produktionsanlagen
Entwickeln von Baugruppen mittels CAD Programmen
Produktion:
Einrichten, Einstellen, Bedienen und Programmieren von Produktionsanlagen
Überwachung des Produktionsablaufs sowie Sichern der Qualität
Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
Entwicklung:
Montage von neu entwickelten Baugruppen und Systemen
Prüfen und Einstellen von Funktionen an Baugruppen durch Messen und Erfassen von Arbeitsbewegungen und Betriebswerten
Inbetriebnahme von neu entwickelten Systemen
