Analista de Inteligencia Comercial
Ubicación: Vía Siberia-Funza en Zona Franca Intexzona, (Remoto)
Analizar y gestionar integralmente los procesos de ventas, desde su inicio hasta el cierre, brindando soporte estratégico y operativo. Coordinar con las áreas involucradas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos establecidos, contribuir a la mejora continua del servicio, y facilitar la toma de decisiones comerciales que impulsen el logro de los objetivos y metas definidas para su área.
Analizar y gestionar el proceso de pedidos y facturación, asegurando la disponibilidad de productos en SAP y validando precios y cantidades conforme a cotizaciones y contratos vigentes.
Garantizar la emisión oportuna y precisa de órdenes de venta, facturas, notas de crédito y notas de débito, con foco en la optimización de procesos, cumplimiento de políticas comerciales y soporte a la toma de decisiones comerciales.
Ejecutar el proceso de pedidos de venta de máquinas, validando precios y cantidades conforme a cotizaciones y contratos vigentes. Garantizar la emisión oportuna y precisa de ordenes de venta, facturas relacionadas.
Asegurar el registro de importaciones, manuales y comprobantes de entrega se proporcionen al cliente, dentro del mes de la emisión de la factura.
Ejecutar el proceso de pedidos de máquinas como activo fijo, validando precios y cantidades conforme a cotizaciones y contratos vigentes.
Garantizar la emisión oportuna y precisa de órdenes de venta, facturas relacionadas. Completar el formato de seguimiento de pedidos de activos fijos solicitado para la elaboración de KPIs de manera oportuna.
Responsable de generar notas de crédito y débito, asegurando el cumplimiento de los controles internos preventivos, como aprobaciones previa emisión, otros.
Responsable de realizar las refacturaciones solicitadas por los clientes o por rechazo durante el proceso de radicación.
Requisitos:
Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Finanzas o afines
+2 años de experiencia en facturación, gestión de pedidos, análisis de cuentas, gestión de indicadores, KPIs
Manejo de excel intermedio-alto
PowerBI (deseable)
Power Automate (deseable)
Inglés básico-intermedio
