The laborer is responsible for maintaining clean and organized job sites while assisting builders with daily construction tasks and material management. They also support project efficiency by ensuring homes are prepared for work and assisting with site security and trash removal.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a detail-oriented mindset. They must be comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude.
