The Fleet Dispatcher coordinates and monitors freight movement, manages driver schedules, and ensures timely deliveries. They serve as the primary contact for drivers and customers while resolving logistical issues and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
A high school diploma is required, while a degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred. Candidates should have prior experience in dispatching or transportation and proficiency in dispatch software and GPS tools.

FreezPak Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Fleet Dispatcher to join our transportation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of freight, communicating with drivers, customers, and operations personnel, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. This role plays a critical part in maintaining daily transportation operations by managing schedules, resolving logistical issues, providing real-time updates, and supporting overall operational efficiency. The Logistics Dispatcher will also perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

Pay Range: $50-68k based on experience
This pay range represents the Company’s good-faith estimate of the starting hourly compensation for this role at the time of posting. The actual rate will be determined based on a combination of factors including experience, qualifications, work location, and internal pay alignment, in accordance with applicable laws.
