Production Support

Marucci Sports, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fox Factory, was founded by two former MLB players and their athletic trainer who began handcrafting bats for some of the best players in the game from their garage in 2004. Fast forward to today, that dedication to quality and understanding of players’ needs has turned Marucci into an All-American success story, the number one bat preferred by players and The Official Bat of Major League Baseball (MLB).

Position Summary:

Marucci Sports is looking for a Production Support employee, responsible for supporting the assembly, customization, and fulfillment of customer orders. This position ensures products are assembled accurately, components are readily available, and orders are packaged and prepared for timely shipment. The role works closely with the Custom Team to maintain quality standards and support daily production demands.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assemble custom bike grip orders
• Assist with customization of bike grip orders and other grip orders
• Package orders for shipping
• Pull components for orders from the warehouse
• Work on complex problems requiring advanced skills to resolve independently
• Assist in other areas as needed.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong focus on safety.
• Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Good understanding of production workflow.

Position Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1+ years of related experience preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
