The Quality Control Technician Lead will supervise and motivate quality teams to ensure manufacturing standards are met. They are responsible for driving process improvements, conducting training, and analyzing quality data to maintain high production standards.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of quality control experience, preferably within a manufacturing setting. A high school diploma or an associate degree in a technical discipline is required, along with strong leadership and technical skills.

Lead and motivate the performance of key quality teams in support of manufacturing. Drive improvements for quality control processes and procedures.
HS Graduate, AA degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years prior quality control experience required, preferably in manufacturing environment
People leadership experience desired, but not required
Production/Manufacturing environment
Lifts up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
